Order
Unfortunately, once your order is confirmed, it is processed immediately. Therefore, it is no longer possible to modify it. If you wish to add an item, we invite you to place a new
order.
Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. However, you have the option to return your order after receipt.

Delivery & Shipping
Once the order has been placed, it is no longer possible to change the address, as it is
immediately transmitted to the carrier.
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking may take some time to activate.
Your order is prepared within 1 to 3 business days before being handed over to the carrier.
Delivery times are 7 to 10 business days but vary depending on your location. You can track the progress using the tracking link provided.
We recommend that you:

- Check the delivery tracking

We invite you to initiate a return. Our team will process your request as soon as possible.
Returns & Refunds
You can initiate your return via our dedicated portal (link provided after ordering).
You have 14 days after receipt to make a return.
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In their original condition
- With tags attached
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error or defective product.
After receiving the return:
- Quality control: up to 5 business days
- Refund: up to 10 business days
Depending on your bank, the delay may be slightly longer.

As each piece is carefully crafted, a slight variation (up to 5 cm) may exist.
We advise you to enter your email on the product page.
