Returns

You have 14 days after delivery to submit a return request.

Items must be returned in their original condition.

Procedure

• Fill out the return form (order number + reason)
• Return items in their original packaging with the delivery note
• Ship via the carrier of your choice

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (excluding error or defective item).

Refund & conditions

After receipt and quality control (5 to 10 business days), the refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Returns are only accepted if:
• item unworn, unwashed, unused
• labels and original packaging intact
• return made within the timeframe
